There is some old water damage on part of kitchen ceiling, and some recent fire damage on diningroom wall (we have cleaned the area with sugar soap to try and get rid of the smell, so not as bad as it sounds, and are putting a temporary coat of paint on it as we speak). There will be a fair amount of furniture shuffling.
