We have two walls that had damp damage from window above. They are dried out now and need repair. One is a spare bedroom that needs repainting. The other is in stairwell and looks like it may need plaster as well as paint. Flexible on whether you provide paint or we do.

Paint interior walls and ceiling

Hi, new home-owner here looking to clean up the flat. There's mould and cracks/gaps around the balcony wall, in the kitchen/bathroom windows and bedrooms too. Would love to get the mould clean, cut back a bit into the plaster, fill, paint over with mould-resistant paint and silicone. Thank you

I will provide paint and all materials. The tasker should stick down some plastic to cover the floor of the porch. Then use a ladder (I can provide if they don't have one) to reach top of the inside of the porch and clean near the ceiling area down as it is quite dirty, use a cloth to wipe off peeling paint and then add a coat of sealer to areas where paint is peeling/cracked. Then very light sanding where I have already filled (I have prepped the bottom area of the porch). Then one coat of paint on inside of porch including door frame and painted arch just outside the porch. Leave the areas where sealant was applied to the end as it takes 2 hours to dry. I think it would take around 2 - 2.5 hours.
