Paint walls and ceilings, minimum two coats, one colour throughout (no colour changes between walls and ceilings) 2. No woodwork, no wallpaper, no filling. All rooms are already fully prepped and clear 3. Paint supplied by me, ready on site 4. Note: the stairwell/hallway has a high ceiling over the stairs, so you'll need suitable ladders or platform for working at height 5. Start this Friday. Please state how many days you need and whether you work solo or as a team The house: detached 4-bed, approx 2,400 sq ft. Floor plan available on request. Rooms (11 total): 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 hallways (incl. high stairwell and landing), office, utility room, en suite and family bathroom. What I'm looking for: quality finish, tidy worker, able to start Friday and complete quickly. Public liability insurance is a strong advantage given the height work.
