Not all rooms need to be completed but the bedroom and lounge are priorities. 1. bathroom: • paint this area with peel stop primer. • fill the walls and sand back where necessary. • paint the ceiling and walls with white satin finish mould resistant paint. 2. kitchen: • fill the walls where necessary and sand back to best effect. • paint the walls with white kitchen paint. 3. lounge: • fill the walls where necessary and sand back. • replace the missing sections of skirting board. • paint the walls with white matt paint. • paint the skirting boards, windowsill, lounge side of the cupboard, and doors with white satin wood paint. 4. bedroom: • in one area of the room, peel paper forward and stick back. • paint the affected area. paint with stain block primer. • paint the walls with white matt paint. • paint the door, frame and skirting boards with white satin wood paint.

Prepare and paint wooden panels in cream under 1st floor window

Paint one wall (approx 4m x 2.5m) of a room with two coats of mid blue paint (I have the paint). Potentially some outdoor painting as well if interested.

Wallpaper needs stripping from walls and ceiling in 4 bedrooms and 2 sitting rooms. Upstairs rooms all need striping and the downstairs sitting room and dining room. Floor plan is attached and ceiling heights are 2.5m so that gives an indication of the size of walls and ceiling.
