Work taking place in 2 bedrooms to replaster walls and insulate around window in 1 bedroom. Wood, plasterboards and plaster already bought as work is half completed in bedroom by partner. We have a drill and plaster equipment. We ideally would like work to completed ASAP by 2 people for quick completion as further works are taking place in kitchen after.

Scope of works:- - Complete all prep before painting getting all surfaces ready. - Window sills will need gaps filling as part of the prep i.e. masonary filler. - Exterior paint and the same colour. Recommended number of coats to make sure the asthetic remains fresh for a number of years. Need someone that is fully insured, reliable, preofessional and trustworthy.

We have a wooden kitchen surface that needs sanding and coating in an oil/varnish/sealant that makes it waterproof and ideally heatproof. And probably sealed with silicon around the sink.

There is a patch of paint on the wall that does not match the colour of the rest of the wall so I need a quick painting fix for just that patch so it matches the rest and the difference is not noticeable anymore.

The staircase handrails are stained and varnished but have not been done well. I need someone experienced to sand, stain and varnish the handrails to a better standard. There are parts of the handrail which contain filler, so some colour matching/blending is needed. The staircase is a single floor. I will supply the stain and varnish. The target is to have a uniform colour. The job will need the walls, handrail mounts and floors to be protected and the dust to be cleaned by your vacuum. You can see the areas marked out in the photo. We're only talking about masonry paint for this job. The current paint is flaking so I don't want it simply repainted over for a crap job so the first stage will be stripping all the paint off to expose the surface. It is an old building so it might have cracks and blemishes, don't expect it to be smooth and new. The second stage of the work is dealing with these imperfections so the end product will be perfect. Let me know what you will do. The final stage will be painting it white again. Myself or other representatives will be on hand to inspect the work at the different stages if you need advice.

I have a square conservatory which is about 4 - 5 metres in width on all four walls which first needs to first be dealt with damp or mould. After this I require the conservatory to be cleaned and painted.

Hi, I need help removing mould from my conservatory walls. The conservatory is square. Each wall is about 4 or 5 metre in width. However one wall is made of one third of windows. Most of the mould in the conservatory is situated on this wall below the windows (please see photos). Second wall has entry door from the open plan living room/dining room/kitchen area and the fourth wall has the garden door and larger windows. There may also be mould in the drainage box area (see image). I hope you can help me.

Hi, we want an old wooden fireplace taken out (not the fire itself), the surrounding area skimmed and then painted. Also an old leak in the ceiling has left a small hole which may need plasterboard and plastering over then painting.
