To remove paint from outdoor wall. Area is approximately 70 by 70 inches.

I need someone to paint my (currently grey) microcement floor with grey floor paint, which I’ll supply (10L). It’s been down around 6 years and it’s showing its age a bit. -The larger furniture (mainly the sofa and dining table) will need to be moved out on to the patio and covered with tarp. -The kitchen island will need taping off/protecting, as will the skirting boards. -The floor will need a light sand and clean. -The first coat of Bedec Acrylic Floor Paint in Light Grey will need to be applied. -Then there’ll be a drying time of 4 hours before the second coat will need to be applied, so the job may need to be done over two days. The area is approximately 40m2 and I’d like it done before winter sets in. I’m looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who takes pride in the quality of their work.

This includes skirting boards and window seals. Paint and all materials will be provided for job. Bedroom carpet can be used as a dust sheet as it will be striped afterwards. Wallpaper to be steamed off
