Work required: fill existing nail/screw holes and minor cosmetic cracks; prepare rough/peeling areas; repaint walls white; tidy/touch up skirting and doors where necessary; prepare and repaint peeling bathroom shelf/vanity; remove and replace old silicone around bathroom basin. A wall on my terrace has a section which is not in keeping with the rest; it needs to be finished off and topped. There is a railing fixed inside the concrete at the top. The wall needs to be finished off so that it is in keeping with the remainder of the wall. This may require the railing on this portion to be removed and reinstalled. Bricks are needed for the finish. The railing should be in place at the end of the job.

I have two bedrooms in my flat that need painting (ceiling, skirting and walls) - had made a minor start on one wall but want to make sure it's done well so looking to get an expert in to complete job. Need someone to come and paint the fence and gate in my garden. Will need to have two coats at least done. I can provide paint and have one appropriate brush so if you can bring dust sheets to protect patio as well that would be good. I'm looking for a neat and conscientious worker and would like to get it done by the end of the week if possible. It's the fence on my neighbours side so really important to be careful not to get paint on their side.
