The skirting board in spare room needs sanding and painting. The room is clear and no carpets, there are two wardrobes to work around.

Room is approximately 3 metres x 4 metres Price to include labour , tools and materials. Including materials needed for filling, sanding and smoothing the walls. And any site fees to be included.
