I had a tenant move out recently that left the walls in an awful state, there are dirt marks where posters used to be, and strange plastic things still stuck to the wall that held his posters up. Is someone able to wash the walls with sugar soap to prepare it for a re-paint? It's a big room, a former shop space with high ceilings. I have a ladder. And can provide the cleaning materials. I can't have sugar soap residue left on the walls, unfortunately it needs to be wiped off with a damp cloth after. The room is 2mx3.5m one wooden window & wooden plinth covering stair' angled ceiling (120cm x 70cm x70cm). The walls will have been sugar soaped/cleaned and aprox 20 holes will have been 1st stage filled but may need fine filling & sanding, two coated on walls but ceiling may only need one coat (it has down lighters which will need dropping down & putting back when finished. Job needs to be started Thursday 18th August & completed on Friday 19th August. Paint and filler will be supplied.
