Skirting boards to paint in 3 small bedrooms (all prepped and filled, only painting) + Small bathroom - 2 coats of paint

Clean and Paint small bathroom, paint provided

Following a bathroom renovation, we need to finish the repair of the 2 windows. There is a missing wooden panel at the bottom of the larger window which will need replacing. We will also need to ensure the window opens which it currently does not. Assumed lock issue from previous owner. Once done, we need to paint the 2 windows in white - we shall provide the paint and gloss.

We require the repainting of the ceiling in our open plan kitchen/lounge, the area is approx 9m x 5m. We recently had a leak through the roof of our building which has discoloured the ceiling. There are also some marks / holes where a hanging unit was removed. The job requires a small area of stain primer, 4 small holes to be filled / plastered, top skirting board to be touched up & full ceiling to be repainted in white.

We recently had a small leak from our bathroom through to our living room ceiling. There are two small areas where the plaster has been damaged and has started peeling from the damp. The ceiling has dried out (over 6 weeks) and we are now ready to repair. Looking for someone that can confidently repair the ceiling damage and apply a fresh coat of paint to hide any signs of damage etc. We will supply paint. Have set price as £10 as a placeholder, open to discussing price based on work required. Thank you

We are redecorating and need to fix a line / crack in our sitting room ceiling. The job would likely entail: 1. Removing ceiling paper 2. Filling in any cracks in existing plastering / replastering parts of the ceiling (if it is better to replaster the whole ceiling, we can adjust budget for this). 3. Put up patterned ceiling paper (which we will supply) We can handle the rest of the redecorating, but we are open to someone providing a quotation with / without painting. Attention to details and a high quality job are essential. Thanks, Ryan
