Installation details: - Floating installation over existing wooden subfloor - Acoustic/thermal underlay required (at least one layer) — not yet purchased; open to fitter supplying or advising on spec - Existing skirting boards to be kept — white beading to cover expansion gap around perimeter - Threshold strips at doorways to bathroom, kitchen, and dining room (can be sourced as project progresses so to assess what's needed) - Door trimming may be needed depending on height difference — please flag in your quote What we're looking for - Proven experience with engineered wood flooring - References or portfolio of recent work - Itemised quote covering labour, underlay supply/install, and beading - Availability to start within the next few weeks

Sand and clean up a small section of original floorboards ready to be stained. A few boards could do with being nailed down but mostly solid. Ideally you’d have a big sander/edger to make light work of the job

Need flooring done in my new place

Supply and install approx 15m of stick down carpet gripper and 1 metal threshold  (all non nail) and refit underlay and carpet (already cut to size).
