Vinyl flooring needs to be fitted in loft room - approximately 15 square meters. The new flooring will be provided. The old carpet will need to be pulled up.

I have a balcony with flooring made of large concrete square tiles laid over a metal support structure. I would like to remove the concrete tiles and replace them with a wooden deck. The new decking should be stable, weather-resistant, and suitable for outdoor use.

We're looking for someone to fit skirting board in a small dining area at the end of our kitchen, and a small section of the kitchen. We have the skirting board already but no appropriate tools for fitting. It's approx 4m worth of skirting to fit, around approx 9 corners total. Photos of the space attached (apols for the building related mess!). We can be flexible on dates but ideally need someone to come on either a Monday or a Wednesday from 9am to 3pm, as that's when our dog will be out and so won't bother you!

I need to install skirting boards in my kitchen. I tried myself but doesn’t seem to be working for me as I can’t mitre

This is a medical clinic. There is a new vinyl floor, which has been installed last year and it has now sustained some minor scratches and some deep scratches. I need the floor to be scrubbed, cleaned, vacuumed the minor scratches to be removed with acetone and the deep scratches to be repaired with a hot gun. I then need five coats of seal using bona seal to protect the flooring. The floor needs to be looking like it’s brand new. This is a new floor less than a year old.

There is a hole roughly 20cm in the chipboard under the carpet underlay. Needs to be replaced with plywood

Floorboards to be installed in a small bedroom (slightly bigger than a box room. There is also a small ledge (approx wardrobe size) in the room to be floored. There may be enough flooring left over to also floor the landing. If so, we would like the small landing to be done too. I have the laminate floorboards (they look like they click together). There is also underlay. I will purchase beading. Please see a diagram shown of the size of the room and layout. There is no carpet in the room at the moment. It has been removed and there is currently a plywood floor there. It is possible that a wall bracket for a tv may need to be installed. Will need to confirm.

I have a high-quality vinyl flooring installed in my clinic. The person who laid the flooring did not put a seal on the flooring. As a result of this there are some scratches on the flooring. I called the original person who installed the flooring and his used some acetone with positive effects to remove some of the scratches. However, there are deeper scratches which need a hot gun to melt the floor and put the flooring into his original shape. Furthermore, I need five coats of.bonaseal do you put on the flooring in order to protect the flooring. I want the flooring to look as good as new. It is a very high-quality flooring and it was only installed 18 months ago.
