I'm the owner of a second floor flat in Stoke Newington. I have an issue with some discolouration and raising of wood flooring near a balcony area (see pictures). This seems to be caused by some kind of water ingress from the outside balcony, possibly due to defective seal on the door. I need to understand what is causing the problem and a cost effective fix. Please let know what experience you have. Happy to show the problem more closely via video call if helpful to understand what will be needed.

remove part of fitted carpet to make space for fitted wardrobes to be installed

Hey I need to complete this room and the Hallway today please We have the floor and the underlay and the materials

I have a hallway 1.5m by 5m. i want the laminate floor laid in this hall asap. my back has gone just as i was about to start. i need this done asap but another three bigger rooms are also needed but not as quickly. Price for the hallway, we can discuss the others afterwards.

Refit about 5 sq metres of carpet in the corner of the sitting room which was taken up for some plumbing work. The rest of the carpet is still in place. Underlay may need to be replaced and area over replacement concrete sealed

Should be an easy task - the plumber needs to access the manhole and didn’t want to remove the decking boards. Boards are plastic / composite and have the torx decking screw head which need to be removed in sequence. Once removed, leave it for a few days while the plumber addresses the issue in the manhole and then return to replace the boards. The type of fixing is these: https://neotimber.com/decking/shop/3mm-metal-fastclips/?srsltid=AfmBOoplv7WRr6ab35axlW74qVpSl7in2XR9eni-zI7LWAObvofbUqnE

3 rooms - each room is just under 4m x 4m. I already have the carpets and underlay, which need fitting. The carpets are natural fibres (sisal and jute) so need to be fitted accordingly. They are all flat room (i.e. no stairs). Would need this to be done on Monday ideally!

Laminate flooring trims got damaged during striping wall paper with the steamer from the heat and water , I have some left over laminate flooring trims from previous work. I would like to replace the ones shown in the pictures. They were previously installed using small nails into the laminate flooring. So I am hoping you can do the same. The pictures shown are based in my hallway , in three separate areas apart from each other. Hopefully this information is very detailed for you. Thank you
