I need a flooring professional to replace two damaged herringbone LVT plank in my kitchen/living area. The flooring is click-system LVT, and fortunately there is access to the flooring from underneath/behind the kitchen panel, so the surrounding floor should be able to be carefully opened up to reach and replace the damaged plank. What needs doing Carefully dismantle the LVT flooring from the accessible kitchen side Remove the damaged planks Fill small section with self levelling compound or something similar to ensure the same issue does not occur again. Replace it with a matching planks (I can provide the replacements) Reinstall the flooring and ensure all joints are properly locked and the finished area is level and neat Avoid damaging the surrounding planks I've attached a photo showing the damaged area. Looking for someone experienced with herringbone click LVT flooring.

We have recently bought a new house and are in the process of renovating. We have pulled up the carpet in the living room, landing and two bedrooms and want to replace it with laminate flooring. We would like you to: a. Cut and lay underlay. b. Cut and lay laminate flooring. c. If necessary, remove existing skirting boards. We will provide the flooring and underlay. If the skirting boards need to be removed, we will re-fit or replace them ourselves. There are fitted wardrobes in both of the bedrooms. We do not need flooring laid inside these. The area we want floored is indicated in the floorplan. The approximate areas of the rooms (excluding fitted wardrobes) are given below. More precise measurements can be provided on request.
