I will clear the rooms and help with positioning where appropriate. Please quote for measuring, cutting, fitting and sealing the edges. I’m looking to pay around £120–£150.

I have two small cosmetic repairs. 1) Engineered wood floor: a pen leaked, and while removing the ink the floor finish/colour was damaged, leaving a lighter patch. I’m looking for a local spot repair, not sanding the whole floor. 2) Painted wall: a child scratched their name through the paint. The scratches need filling, sanding and repainting. Please advise if both can be repaired locally and provide an estimate from the photos

I just want to make my bathroom little nicer, I wanted to put vinyl flooring down and box behind the toilet and under the sink.

Glass door catches on carpet and doesn't open fully. Door looks like its dropped slightly and not lined up anymore, so it drags when trying to open. Door sits on carpet which is a concrete flooring. Please view images uploads/attached.
