I’m looking for an experienced carpet repair specialist to repair a small circular heat mark caused by a hot mug on a light-coloured carpet. The damaged area is approximately 4–5 cm in diameter (see attached photo). The repair needs to blend in as well as possible, as it’s for an end-of-lease/property inspection.

A previous work man came to do a job, which required the floor boards in the bedroom to be pulled up. The work man failed to lay the floor board back in the corrct position, so the floor boards are cirrently over lapping in places. Hi - looking for someone to rip up existing engineered wood floor and replace with tiling throughout. Kitchen/extension is a concrete base and living room is floor boards. Some areas will need levelling and new underlay fitted. Skirting boards to be removed and painted when re-fit. Existing flooring looks nice in pictures, but it was fitted very badly with lots of gaps so looking to replace with tiles.
