4.7 m x 4m garden office. 3 walls x 1 ceiling and around bi-fold doors on the front.

Bedroom approx 3.5m long x 3m wide x 2.3m high. Three walls to plaster/skim + ceiling (paper to be removed by you before starting). 2 walls largely ok. 1 wall needs some repairs. 4th wall has new fitted wardrobe, needs to be plastered around carefully. Radiator needs removing before starting. Intention is to leave plaster bare, so finish must be first class. You supply all materials and equipment. Thanks

Skim coating / Wall smoothing for 1 very small kitchen and degrease ceiling, I need a decorator to brighten up a small kitchen. There is no major structural damage, but the room needs targeted prep work, minor smoothing, and a fresh coat of white paint to brighten it up.

This is a small box room - after removal of radiator the plaster and wall is weak, so needs removal of current bits of plaster/tiles, replasterboarding, skimming up to c1.2m high, and fresh skirting board applied, so the room is in a finished state. Needs own tools
