I have squeaky floorboards that need repairing in 1 bedroom and 3 closets on the first floor (there is ply under over the boards), 2 landings and 2 flights of stairs. The carpet and underlay will be removed. All closets will be completely empty upon your arrival. The staircase is not accessible from below. Not in the congestion charge zone. Free parking permit available. First floor maisonette.

I have recently had engineered wood flooring fitted but there has been some gaps appear between some planks. I would like someone to see what can be done to fix the gaps. I have attached an example of the biggest gap
