Lay new vinyl flooring in my kitchen

I have some laminate flooring that has been mistakenly cut incorrectly in one section, and as a result doesn't quite fit around the toilet basin in the room - but we also have some off-cuts and I *believe* it should be possible to lay down the flooring in two parts (most likely with with some adhesive to secure it). One part of the bath panel has also been fitted on a wonk as well and could do with being fixed, or otherwise made good. The last thing we would need is some sealant to be set down where the flooring meets the bath/shower to protect leakage.

I’m looking for a handyman to complete a few small flooring finishing jobs. • Replace the metal threshold strip between the hallway laminate and the entrance area. • Replace one section of edge trim/scotia along the living room wall where the laminate meets the skirting board. • Remove the existing entrance matting and install new coir matting in the recessed doorway area. The flooring itself is already installed — this job is mainly removing the old pieces and fitting the new trims/matting neatly so the edges are finished properly.

Lay lino floor in a small bathroom

We need someone to lay marmoleum (a type of lino) in our L-shaped kitchen. This will include preparation of the current floor (tiles) and finishing off once the flooring has been laid. We want to lay the new flooring over the tiles, rather than removing the tiles. We can move the fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwater to provide access underneath. The kitchen units are fitted, so you will need to work around them. I have included some pictures and a plan of the kitchen to help you decide whether this is a task that you can manage. Please ask any questions (I'll try to answer them!). You would be welcome to come and have a look. We will purchase everything needed (happy for you to provide a list).

lay approx. 35 sq. m. of 8mm laminated flooring and quadrant beading to four rooms. Lift poor quality plastic click flooring - only install a couple of years ago - the existing underlay is in good order again only laid a couple of years ago. i'll dispose of the old floor.

*****No Budget in mind yet***** The entry hall in a Victorian terrace needs new floorboards. The existing shall need to be lifted and new T&G ones installed. Hallway measures 4m long and 1m wide. The new floorboards shall be from Travis Perkins. There’s also a need to seek the gaps with filler and install new skirting board. The seal shall need to be perfect so that smells don’t come from the sub floor under the floor boards.

Tighten floorboards, then lay vinyl flooring

Install pipes for 5 new radiators in approximate same place as current ones. Only one radiator would need to be moved approx 1m. Pipes currently out of the floor to be placed under the floor boards. Floor boards are already open for 3 of the 5 radiators.

I need a professional floorer to come and lay down 5.5 packs equaling 12sqm in a small bedroom of the house. The floor is already flat and has the old one down, so this should be a straight forward job of taking up, laying new and skirting the borders. A few ones around doors will need to be sawed to get the right fit.
