I had a friend put down some laminate flooring for me but they’ve been unable to complete the job. It is quite DIY at the moment so need some things done to improve it. All the flooring has been put down but it needs to be thoroughly cleaned between each plank (still has ?grout or gap filler between each one), beading put down and threshold bars between the rooms. It is furnished more now but here are some pictures of the floor. Can provide more if needed The job needs to be done in the living room, corridor and a bedroom. We have a white, medium size carpet and after living at the property for 2 years we need a good refresh. We also have a dog, so there is some hair on the carpet that needs to be removed properly.

I am looking for someone who has a floor sander and some experience of sanding down floors. My flat has a coloured varnish on the original floorboards that we want to remove. The area is about 70sq m. Ideally the work could be done next week before Xmas! We would also like the floor to be re-varnished to restore the floors to their original wood colour.
