I havexan old stair caroet and underlay and some wood floiring

I need someone to come and cut in with 1 or 2 coats. I'm not requiring the entire walls painting, just cutting in to the ceiling and the skirting boards. The current colour is grey, it will be going to Egyptian cotton so I feel it'll need a couple of coats. Paint provided. Will require ladders for the landing and high parts of hallway. This is just for the hallway and the landing area. No other rooms required.

The floorboards in the corner of the bathroom next to the shower have rotted and need replacing. The laminate flooring will then need to be replaced throughout the whole bathroom. No idea how much this will cost so used £11 as an estimate to be able to send the request.

I need vinyl fitting on my kitchen floor over the current vinyl, I have the vinyl and the plinths are already removed . The vinyl is 3mx3m and kitchen is smaller than that size.

Small Living room and hallway laminate flooring fitted

The room is approximately 13.5m² mostly square with a couple of alcoves either side of wide chimney breast. 1 doorway 1 radiator, 1 edge meeting tiled kitchen floor. Would appreciate advice on what type of underlay to get and whether herringbone is suitable for that floor. As well as fitting underlay and laminate. Room will be emptied and carpet removed before installation begins.

Current floor needs removing and I’ll buy some more that will need refitting. as you can see the guy who did it last week did an awful job so I charged him for that flooring as it went to waste. Please don’t offer unless you know how to do it properly and you’ll need white silicone too please!
