Hire an affordable Flooring specialist in Swinton

Just moved into the house, purchased from the previous owner who left a significant amount of snags (as demonstrated in the photos). Nothing major required, in terms of work, just tidying up / filling gaps in skirting and detailing, levelling flooring between rooms, wardrobe patch up, gap filling etc… happy to provide further images of all items (the attached list attempts to show a general overview of examples). Joiner required to complete a full sweep of the house in terms of snagging remediation. Please note, we don’t currently have the material required.

We have recently moved in and the old owners did a lot of work but didn’t finish off a lot of the works. Many of the skirts need sanding dow etc and filler added etc. much of the silicone round the doors and windows needs redoing.

Will need someone to provide feathering and do the flooring too

Need skirting boards removed

Move into new house next week and need carpet pulling up and flooring putting down before I put furniture in during the Xmas period. The dimensions of the dining room are 3.1m x 3.2m and the living room is 4.1m x 4.1m however there is a fireplace that sticks out. Would ideally like this doing between 18th - 23rd Dec.

We need new skirting boards and architraves in our lounge.

Lay laminate floor, 3 rooms and hallway

The laminate edging strips were damaged so I have removed them I need someone with the right tools to cut and re-lay the white strips in the lounge and conservatory

Laminate (already bought) laying in bedroom plus uvpc skirting boards. Room size roughly 12 x 12 - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 1 June 2022
