Hi, I need an area of wooden floor boards replacing in my kitchen area that is damp following a leak . Area size around 50-60cms sqr. Vinyl flooring needs lifting carefully and replacing after wooden boards replaced. Plumbing checked beneath sink and no obvious leaks, so underfloor piping needs checking first before new flooring goes down. Wood is damp and soft to touch. Can you help?
