Hi! We’re looking for some budget-friendly help with a few small areas of wood in our rented home. We’re not looking for full floor/worktop sanding, just neat localised sanding and matching oil/finish to make the affected areas look tidy again. Areas: • Small water-darkened/worn area around the kitchen sink • A few worn/scratched patches on the wooden kitchen worktop • Small water-marked/worn area on the wooden bathroom surface • Scratches from our dining table/chairs on a small section of wooden flooring Photos attached showing the areas. Ideally looking for someone experienced with sanding and refinishing wood who can blend the repaired areas with the existing finish as closely as possible. Hello. My dog has pulled up a small section of carpet that will need a small piece of replacement underlay and a more secure reattachment of the carpet section on one stair.
