Need to replace the flooring in hallway and in the toiler (hallway leads to) with tiles: I can remove the flooring ready for the install

Someone with a saw capable of cutting 800mm 20mm thick porcelain tiles. I have 5 tiles that require total est 15-20 cut max, all straight. I will be fitting tiles myelf just need them cut to size.

I understand it needs a wet saw to cut c12 of the tiles, c 50 tiles in total

1. Remaining part of porcelain slabs in garden The guys did a big part of job of digging, clearing up, and putting membrane & a base of MOT1 etc for concrete in garden and also have put some tiles. I’ve to go on holidays and we couldn’t finish it all before that so remaining tiles still need to be layed after adding cement and sand. Now the guys are busy for sometime and I’m exploring to get it completed sooner. This will also require a bit extra work on edges & corners to get the same levels. For example, cut lower end of one door etc. 2. I need to level one fence and to paint the wooden fences. 3. The small entrance gate also needs fixing with cement (should be quick) and some paint 4. Join 2 pipes & a small edge moulding strip with a solution (should be quick) 5. Paint a wall (use easy fill to fill up any small nail holes) 6. Prepare entrance boundary wall and paint (replace 1 or 2 slabs where needed) This should be done in 2-3 days by one experienced person. Photos attached for reference - Due date: Flexible

Kitchen wall currently looks very dirty - and would like to get splash back added to renovate the kitchen.

3 x tiles cut and fitted above basin and then some silicone around toilet base. I can do any evening this week or anytime Sunday 21 September.
