There is a slight hiccup, the previous builder cemented the piping into the wall and the cement is somewhat proud. This would need to be levelled for the tilling to be completed.

Multiple tiles have become loose on wall behind shower and is allowing water to get behind them. Need to repair/replace affected tiles. See picture for area affected. Likely will be need to beplaced with white tiles, same as upper part of wall

The tiles are large porcelanosa tiles, which were originally grouted shallowly. Some of it has crumbled away, so are looking for it to be re-grouted in the areas where this has happened. Finally the bath needs re-sealing all the way round.
