We have noticed a small leak in the ceiling directly beneath upper floor shower room. Need someone to re-grout and seal the shower.

Floor tiles are 60cm x 60cm ceramic, 9mm thick. 4 tiles are to cut straight about 7cm wide. One floor tile to be cut to fit around a toilet base. There is enough a gap under the existing wall tiles for the floor tiles to be pushed under about 1cm to make flush. My tile cutter isn't up to the job. Possibly 1 to 2 hours work. I can do the grouting, just need the tiles cut. Photos available.
