Hi, I need a professional to tile the flooring and walls throughout my flat, including the toilet, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The total area to be tiled is 100m². Additionally, some walls need filling, undercoating, and painting. I also require installation of a new bathroom, sink, and toilet, as well as some woodwork on the balcony. We are looking for a Tiling Specialist to relay floor tiles in our 2 bathrooms, Bathroom 1; 3.15SQM and Bathroom 2: 2.75 SQM. We currently have Microcement on the flooring and would like to overlay this with tiles or even remove the microcement and tile. Will provide the grout and waterproof adhesives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring a perfect fit. tiles are pretty large 900 x 300mm so it should not be a lot of cutting just a couple of tiles. 2. Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives. Should be level as it is. 3. Lay tiles in precise patterns, cutting tiles as needed for edges and corners. 4. Apply grout between tiles and clean excess grout for a polished finish. 5. Seal tiled areas to protect them from water damage. Should be pretty straight forward with clear angles

Looking for a professional to do the Floor tiling 83sq ft. The old floor is off.

This is a rental property. We require the bathroom to be re-grouted. We want to avoid damaging tiles (as we do not have any spare tiles) and want to avoid re-tiling. Tiling small bathroom, removing old ones

Floorboard is needed in a doorway where a wooden floor joins a tiled floor on a concrete base (where the original room adjoins an extension). One new floorboard is in place but it is not fixed. I have a 1.8m piece of un-cut floorboard ready to be fitted.
