I am looking for an experienced and reliable tiler to tile a small entrance hallway measuring approximately 1.9m x 3m. PLEASE ONLY OFFER IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO START WITHIN THE NEXT 5 DAYS. I will not assign the task until a firm start date has been agreed and confirmed. This is important because I have recently had a poor experience with delayed communication and unclear availability. I am therefore looking for someone who is transparent, communicates promptly and provides a high standard of workmanship. The existing flooring has already been completely removed and the subfloor underneath is concrete. The concrete floor will need to be checked for level and overall condition before tiling begins, with any necessary preparation discussed beforehand.
