I’ll buy the vinyl flooring. The floor is currently housing association standard Lino. It’s specked and retains dirt. I’d like it changed. It’s not a large bathroom

My kitchen is 16x5 and has fridge and washing machine can be laid directly. The bathroom 5x5 has vynl to be removed and to be laid under both sink and toilet.

You will need to bring an electric saw if you have one to cut the wood to shape it. A friend is moving in on 8th August so need it to be done before then. I don’t work on Monday mornings or Wednesday and can be free at weekends. I will attach photos of the flooring and the bathroom. There is ply wood already laid down . The bathroom measures approximately 233cm X 65cm Then around the sink it is 130cm x 100cm. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.
