i need this flooring done from this carpet, which i will rip up to the flooring underneath it which is parquet flooring

We are currently carrying out renovation works at our venue and require the flooring to be sanded as soon as possible, ideally today. The work involves sanding two floor areas along with approximately 15 steps. We expect this to be a relatively straightforward job and estimate that it should take around two hours or less to complete. I’m looking for someone that is able to sand and paint my wooden flooring measuring 6.71m by 5.44m. Few things to note. 1. Ideally this all needs to be completed in 1 day 2. Can the tasker please provide all materials. I am unable to do this. 3. The room has some furniture in it - a 2 seater sofa, tv cabinet and round glass dining table/4 chairs weighing approx 35kg. The floor boards are original wood and are in good condition with no gaps. I need 1 living room 4mx4m and 1 bed room 3mx3m. I will ensure to rooms are empty.
