We have had a chunk cut out from our kitchen ceiling to detect a leak. We need to fix the ceiling up again. The leak is coming from cracked grout (roughly 5cm by 2mm). Can you also fix this? Thank you.

There are theee steps to the bath which is raised and the tiling has come loose. It seems I cannot find a better solution than those two steps so I would like the tiles resecured and the grouting on the floor to be redone. That is unless somebody can either lower the whole raised bath and make those three steps into just one larger step?

Water is leaking through the bathroom tiles grout and bathtub sealant. I would like the area at the front of the shower area where the water predominantly goes to be re-sealed (grout removed and re-grouted and bathtub re-sealed). There is also a supporting timber underneath the bath which needs replacing and some timber to sit on the floor joists as they are exposed. No materials provided. I would like to check/confirm there are no leaks before the bath panel is resealed and payment released.

Our shower has caused a leak, this has happened before and the reason for this was grout. We need the grout scraping in and then grout refilling. Tried to bribe our teenagers with money who have scraped some out and given up!

Looking for an experienced tiler/bathroom specialist/handyman to regrout the tiled area around an over-bath shower. We recently noticed water leaking through to the floor below. A plumber has inspected and tested the plumbing/waste and found no leak when the bath is filled and drained. He was able to reproduce the leak by spraying water onto areas of deteriorated grout between the lower tiles, with water then appearing underneath the bath. Some of the grout is visibly degraded/missing and appears to have been poorly patched previously (see photos). The silicone seal around the bath itself is intact. I’d like the failed grout properly removed and replaced so the shower area is watertight again. Please quote including materials and let me know how soon the shower can be used after completion.

Hi, I am looking for an experienced tradesperson or handyman to regrout shower floor by removing the old, degraded grout from the tiles and replacing it. The job also requires stripping out all the old, mouldy silicone sealant from around the shower door. And apply a fresh sealant to ensure everything is fully watertight. Size is approx 70x70cm. Please let me know if your quote includes the cost of materials (grout and anti-mould silicone), or if I should purchase them beforehand.

Shower refurbishment – work required I’m looking for someone to complete the refurbishment of the existing shower area. The old tiles have been removed from the shower area, exposing the existing backing/substrate. The rest of the bathroom is staying as it is. Work required: * Check the exposed area and existing framing/substrate is sound and suitable. * Install cement/tile backer boards to the exposed shower area, properly secured, level and suitable for a wet environment. * Properly seal/treat the board joints, edges and penetrations to ensure the shower area is waterproof before tiling. * Re-tile the shower area using the existing tiles. I have removed and prepared the tiles and they are still in good condition, so I would like to reuse them and match the existing layout as closely as possible. * Re-grout the shower area using suitable water-resistant/wet-area grout. * Silicone all internal corners and changes of plane appropriately. I have already purchased most of the required materials, so I’m mainly looking for labour and installation. The shower tray is already in place.

Full regrouting of a small Barbican bathroom, problem areas are floor and around the bath, previous tennant applied black grout, would like to have white grout on the tiles. Needs to be experienced with bathroom and grouting tasks

Grouting has failed in several placrs and needs renewing. I have the grouting powder and a sqeegee spreaderbut no sponge.

Grout has recessed in some areas of tiling in the bathroom, needs scraping out at reapplied. I have grout scraper, matching grout and grout applicator. There are also drill holes that need grout applied and a small amount of silicone that needs replacing in the corners of the shower.

Specialist tiler required to regrout three sides of shower cubicle where existing grout has failed in some areas. Area measures 237cm high x 75cm on two end walls/135cm wide on back wall. Existing grout to be raked out and replaced/sealed with new epoxy grout to match existing colour (light grey). Mastic in corners (grey) and along shower tray (white) also to be replaced. Cost to include materials and labour please. Unsure of appropriate pricing, so please advise.
