Hello! We are looking for someone to re-paint our bathroom ceiling as it’s peeling. The ceiling is approx 2M/sq. The tiles are large porcelanosa tiles, which were originally grouted shallowly. Some of it has crumbled away, so are looking for it to be re-grouted in the areas where this has happened. Finally the bath needs re-sealing all the way round. Quotes for all three tasks combined please. We don’t have tools, but can provide paint / grout / sealant if needed, or happy if you’d like to bring your own. Thanks in advance, Isabella

Larger kitchen tiles need regrouting

The shower and bathroom floor need regrouting and the silicone replacing on the shower doors and entrance to shower

My grout and silicone sealant are looking a bit worse for wear specifically in the shower so looking for someone to replace both. We have decent sized tiles so it’s not super fine work

Re-grout around edge of bath (2 sides) and round basin. Fix broken clothesline. Clean greasetrap. Fix 2 doors (one hard to open to outside, 1 indoor doesn't snib closed). Toilet doesn't flush very well, though no obvious problem.

The grout around my bathroom sink (tap) requires removing and then new silicone applied

This is a rental property. We require the bathroom to be re-grouted. We want to avoid damaging tiles (as we do not have any spare tiles) and want to avoid re-tiling. This will be required for the floor, walls and the bath area. Please provide your best quote for both labour and materials. I need the white grout removed from the floor of a small shower room. Then re grouted with dark grey grout

Im looking forsomeone to remove grout and regrout my shower area. The grout is an off white /cream colour. I would also like the shower tray/area resaealing.

There was a leakage in the house so some repair paint job needs to be done. Some regrouting needs to be done. Some tiles were taken off to fix the leak, they need to be put back. All very small areas. There is no leak now so leak fixing not to be done. Pls see the job and quote me price. If we agree, you can do the job. For visiting the property and quoting (if we do not get the job assigned to you), no money will be paid.

1/The corner of my bathtub corner has been stained with a brown liquid that won't come out the grout despite trying various treatments, so I think it needs to be removed and replaced, or possibly some more grout can be applied on top as the grouting is deep (there are little crevasses between the tiles so space for more on top it that is a possibility). I'm putting pictures of the stained corner and the other one so you can tell the difference. 2/ the bathtub needs resealing, I did it myself 6 months ago, but the caulk as cracked around the edges and water can leak through.

ReGrout a small bathroom, wall tiles

I require to re-grout my patio, material provided, require to remove old grout and lay new one.

Bathroom needs refreshing. Tiles need re-grouting (to remove mould)and bath, sink and shower need resealing.

Grout is cracked around the drains of my ensuite walkin shower which urgently need to be fixed as it might potential be a source of leak. I have been told that this need to be fixed with silicone, as the grout will not stick to the old one. Please confirm the above is correct and provide your available this week. Preferably Monday 29/04 or Tuesday 30/04.
