I will buy the the LVT but all other materials needed. Currently carpet is laid so this would need pulling up and removing. I’m in a new build house. Looking for someone to put in self-leveling screed on to an eUFH matt so i can install timber flooring on top, to a very small bathroom, about 1.5 sqm. I got the self-leveling screed. But will need someone who can put in expansion foam or mastic seal to seal off some holes before pouring in the screed.

- lay a quick set self- leveling screed as althe sub base. - after the self- leveling screed is set, lay timber flooring to a small WC about 1.2m x 1.4m in floor area, and a threshold strip. (See photo attached of the timber flooring at the bathroom, which will be lifted up to install an electrical underfloor heating. The floor will be lay back with the same flooring but with damaged pieces replaced, which I have the timber flooring materials.
