Small wooden garden shed needs dismantling and taking away, including the timber bearers it stands on. Size: roughly 2m tall, 150cm deep, around 90cm wide. Apex roof, single door. Weathered but solid. It sits on a paved side passage next to the back door. The important bit: there is no side or rear access from the garden to the street. Everything has to be broken down small enough to carry out through the house, so I'd want dust sheets or a floor runner down and the door frames treated with a bit of care. Job includes dismantling, carrying the timber out, taking it away for licensed disposal, and sweeping up after. I'd guess two people, 2-3 hours. Please bring your own tools. Happy to work around your schedule, weekends or weekdays both fine. Street is pay and display / permit parking. Blinds installed on two windows

Hi, I want to install an electric towel rail. Their is no socket on the opposite wall, so you would need to take power from the corner socket and pull it through, and then drill a hole through the wall to feed the towel rail wire through. The bathroom walls are made of tile, so it would mean having the right bits to do that and to hang the towel rail when finished. There will be some holes made in the bedroom walls from the work, so also if you are able to cover them or recommend someone who can.

Roamn blind string need to be reattched. Currently has child safety catches which can be removed and replaced with ordinary ones. Tears in lining.

Following a water leak from upstairs, two circuits (bathroom lighting and fire alarm) were isolated by an electrician for safety. The leak has since been repaired and the area is dry. I need a Part P certified electrician to reinstate both circuits and install a new extractor fan in the bathroom. Must be able to provide a completion certificate.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

You need solid experience drilling into hard bathroom tiles. Must have the right drill bits, a spirit level, and measuring tape. The job is to install three towel rails, one in each of three bathrooms. Work must be neat, level, and to a high standard.

Looking to move an internal door

My new kitchen is all fitted. All I have left to do is put the cornice on top of the cupboards and I have a small piece of skirting left to do under the dishwasher. I have a big mitre pull down saw which should be all you need to do the job.
