We need silicone / sealant replaced on two sinks. The first sink is made of stone and there appears to be water seeping through so we think the sealant inside the basin needs replacing. The second sink is in the kitchen and the silicone between the bench top and the wall has worn away.

Help is needed to repair a Rationel balcony door handle which is wobbly and where the mechanism gets stuck inside, making the door increasingly difficult to close. It's not clear to me whether the wobbliness and the catching are due to the same issue. The handle connects to an espagnolette door system. There is no handle on the other side. I am looking for someone with experience and expertise repairing this kind of handle/system. Flexible to a degree as to price depending on the work required. Hello Hello Can someone repair the washbassin and 2 shelves ? For the washbassin, It is old but I need a good and ialmost undetectable fix. I collected the broken pieces. Client worktop was changed however the new sink was too heavy to just glue and needs support and glue so that the plumber can connect. I would be grateful if someone was available asap

One of two wall-mounted coat hook bars in our entryway fell out of the wall recently. The hooks were installed about 3 years ago and have always been slightly loose. The wall separates our flat from the building corridor and appears to be masonry or cinder block, which made it very difficult to drill into effectively when we originally installed them. The job would involve: • Repairing the existing holes in the wall (I don’t currently have filler/materials) • Touching up the paint afterward (I do have the correct paint) • Remounting the coat hook bar in roughly the same position once the wall is repaired • Drilling properly into the wall using the correct tools for masonry Please bring a hammer drill with masonry bits and appropriate wall anchors/screws to mount the hooks securely. The coat hook bar itself is still in good condition and ready to be reinstalled. The work area is just inside the flat’s entryway near the front door. Should be a straightforward job for someone with the right tools.
