Help is needed to repair a Rationel balcony door handle which is wobbly and where the mechanism gets stuck inside, making the door increasingly difficult to close. It's not clear to me whether the wobbliness and the catching are due to the same issue. The handle connects to an espagnolette door system. There is no handle on the other side. I am looking for someone with experience and expertise repairing this kind of handle/system. Flexible to a degree as to price depending on the work required.
