The wooden decorative door surround is damaged. The 2 vertical panels need removing and replacing. I’ve no idea of cost for this.

Looking for a handyperson to carry out three small repairs at a property: 1. Bedroom door handle – The outer door handle is loose/broken and keeps coming apart even after being screwed back in. It needs to be properly repaired or replaced if necessary. 2. Bathroom extractor fan – The extractor in the first-floor bathroom makes a noise and the motor/rotor appears to be running, but there are no fan blades attached. As a result, it isn’t extracting odours or air properly. Please inspect and repair or replace the extractor fan as needed. 3. Loose stair/landing carpet – The carpet leading up to two of the bedrooms is coming loose/slipping out and could be a trip or slip hazard. It needs to be properly secured back into place. Ideally looking for someone who can assess and complete all three jobs in one visit. Please bring the necessary tools. If replacement parts are required, please let me know what is needed.

The door requires rehanging. It was slammed shut and came off its hinge at the top. It is the top of the door frame the hinge same off from and its ripped some of the frame. The bottom door frame hinge fitting looks unaffected. This is a solid wood door.

Hi Idrees I hope you are well. I am emailing to report a few repairs that need attention at Magnolia Road. Firstly, the shower is leaking. The leak appears to be between the shower head and the metal hose. Secondly, the patio door is not closing properly and could be easily forced open, even when locked. As this presents a security risk, we would appreciate it if this could be repaired as a matter of urgency. Please let us know when someone will be able to attend. We have an unfinished door in a property we just purchased and we require it to be finished and installed. The door requires a multi-point lock and a letter hole installed. We would also require someone to install the door for us in the front doorway.

I’m initially looking for a rough quote/estimate for installation before ordering the items. Once I have an idea of the installation cost and can confirm everything is within budget, I’ll order the products and arrange a suitable date for the work. I’m planning to have the following three items installed: Extendable curtain pole – fitted securely and level above a window, including mounting the brackets and fitting the pole. The pole will be fitted onto plasterboard, so appropriate plasterboard fixings suitable for securely supporting a curtain pole will be required. Tapo C645D outdoor solar security camera – mount the camera and solar panel externally, position both appropriately, and route the connecting cable neatly. Please install the camera so that it can still be safely removed from its bracket and the reset/charging cover can be accessed for future maintenance or Wi-Fi changes. Tapo D235 battery video doorbell – mount securely beside the front door. The indoor chime does not need mounting. The outdoor camera and doorbell will likely need fixing into brickwork, so appropriate masonry fixings, drill/masonry bits and a ladder will be required. I will provide the products and any fittings supplied with them once ordered, but I would appreciate the installer bringing appropriate alternative fixings where the supplied ones are not suitable for the wall/material. No electrical wiring, app setup, Wi-Fi connection or device pairing is required. At this stage, I’m primarily looking for an indication of the likely total installation cost so I can budget for the equipment and installation together.

Remove window for a sofa delivery and then refit the same window

We have an interior wooden door which doesn’t close/ stay closed or lock anymore. We also have an exterior wooden stable door, where the bottom half no longer locks.

So my living room , and both bedroom doors open inwards and has a left swing , all I need is them to be on opposite side and should be same inwards but with right swing.
