Corner gutter above kitchen has dropped and needs re-aligning in order to flow properly towards downpipe, located towards the house (see pic)

Just had a house renovated and have a few jobs that need to be done. 2x Stair rail to be put up, 4x curtain rails to be put up. 2x Kitchen shelves (TBD) 1x wardrobe rail (TBD) 1x wall mounted door stopper - maybe a couple other things but this is the main list of items that will require.

An External vent cover located on the outer wall of our house at the top of our first floor fell off, need a handyman who have a long extended ladder that can reach that and put the vent cover back in place. Photos attached as guide.

The birds have been getting into the garage & have made a mess. Requires a sweep & protective film/material putting over a few containers, tables & chairs. Possibly looking at an option to put some sort of division up above to stop the birds from flying in. It’s a very old outbuilding garage. Laziboy recliner is stuck in the open position, unable to retract. One of the two spring mechanisms has also become detached from the frame

W need to measure our satellite dish but can’t get the angle from the window and don’t have ladders big enough. Can anybody help?!?!

2 lots of chassis welding needed. 1 inside the drivers side door sill near the seatbelt anchor point and 1 underneath the sill approx 2 feet further towards the front of the car. Both approx 2 inch X 6 inch.

There’s no physical crack, but there is a crack in the inside behind the main screen. I would like it repaired
