Hi I would like to schedule an electrician to help fit some light fittings which have arrived please 3x wall lamps (existing 5amp sockets) 3x ceiling lamps (LED spotlights on brass bar Wall lamps run off a wall switch and into 5amp sockets. Please review on arrival if existing socket needs using or can be removed and replaced to make it a cleaner fitting. Ceiling lights also have 5amp sockets running off a wall switch. I attach photos. Portable aircon is leaking water even when tank is emptied before use. If used over night it will definitely have caused a puddle by the morning. Unit is 4 years old. Still cools perfectly.

I’m looking for a qualified electrician to make some changes to the lighting in my bedroom. I currently have 6 spotlights and 1 central ceiling light, all controlled by the same single light switch. I would like: * The 6 spotlights and central ceiling light separated onto two switches, so they can be turned on/off independently. * The existing single switch replaced with a 2-gang switch. * The 6 existing spotlights replaced with warm-white LED recessed downlights. Please let me know your availability and whether you would recommend that I purchase the new downlights and switch beforehand, or whether you can supply them.

Drivers Window went down but wouldn’t go back up and the switch on drivers door dosnt work other windows but they work on there own switches

Job: Two downlights + one small extra fix Swap two downlight (straightforward job) replacement lights in flat. Secure/shorten a loose wire hanging from the bathroom mirror cabinet (not dangerous, but keeps dropping down) Access: Ceilings are highe than normal— a small ladder is needed. One should be in the cupboard outside the flat, but worth bringing your own for the first visit just in case.

Replace old plastic with metal 13way fuseboard with full RCBO and surge protection. move stairs pendant to more central location. move bedroom pendant to central location. add front door light to left hand side and put on sensor and switch. move double socket in bedroom left by 100mm approx. drop down/chase in 2 x bathroom mirror lights. install LED rigid strip in cupboard, triggers by switch upon opening of cupboard. we will supply all lights and LEDs.

Purchased 2013 customised Honda CBF125 (cafe racer style) last week. Number plate fell off on ride home. Bike has two main issues (that I’m aware of) Threaded/Stripped Sump Plug: The oil drain plug on the crankcase is stripped and will not seal. I need a thread repair (such as drilling/tapping to a larger size or fitting an insert) and an oil change. Electrical Short to Frame: The rear number plate fell off, tearing the number plate light wiring. The exposed live wires touched the metal frame, causing a direct short. Now, a constant red light is showing (likely FI or Engine Management Light).
