Roman Blind needs to be taken down tape spools need to be stripped with new tape inserted .Tape rethreaded through loops and tied off with special plastic toothed mini clamp. Whole blind put up and tested.Fitter will need to bring narrow whit tape with them and ideally the small plastic clamps - Due date: Flexible
