Painting ceilings,marked through roof leak

There are some stains around the light switches and lower parts of the wall after a tenant left. I want only the stained part to be repainted.

I like my bedroom painted mirror removed off the wall and small wall with paper to be removed

1 living room wall to be painted with limewash and 1 box room to be painted off white.

2 bedrooms and 1 living room need painting white. We already have the paint. We aren’t bothered about the ceilings so it’s just the walls that need painting

Living room and hall way in a one bed flat on Whitchurch on the Hollybush estate. Living room skirting boards and pipes will need to be sanded before painting.

I want my living room walls and ceiling painting white. And my skirting boards needs sanding along with the radiator pipes and then painted white along with my doors (2). Once done I need vinyl flooring placed which I will pay extra for. It’s a one bed flat in the Hollybush Estate.

Our en-suite bathroom has a lot of mould on the ceiling. I would like it stripped and painted with anti mould paint. As a second job (if possible) I would like someone to look at our extractor fan to see if it needs upgrading.

I have equipment. Three scrapers, a water sprayer. The plaster needs soaking to scrape it off easier. Walls on the stairwell, around light switches, front door, upstairs walls landing.above stairs.

I have paint, but need a few rooms painted. A high ladder is needed.

Started painting my room, did a terrible job, thinking of getting someone else to finish it.

Just need to attend site, cover up the dents and paint it. See attached photo of the dents.
