I have a horizontal electric lantern roof blind in Stoke-on-Trent that is physically locked solid under high spring tension. The Somfy motor only twitches when using the remote. The tracking and fabric are in perfect condition. I already have a brand-new, fully charged Somfy battery pack and replacement parts ready to go. I need an independent blind fitter, technician, or electrician who knows how to safely release the tracking tension and swap/fix the barrel motor.
