The fan has three wires and the wiring is not very clear in our house where the fan will be fitted. The wiring seems to be non standard so we need an electrician that can properly test the wiring so that the fan is installed correctly and safely. This is not just the usual two wires for a light fitting otherwise I would have done it myself. I just don't want to risk it being installed incorrectly! Live in apartment building, going to purchase a Mantra Nemo 2 120cm ceiling fan. My apartment has a gypsum roof suspended ceiling. The gap between the jib ceiling to the concrete slab is 14cm. I am looking for someone to install a heavy duty metal bracket with anchor screws to the concrete slab so the base of te mantra fan can mount to the bracket securly and flush with the ceiling.
