I have roller shutter blinds in all windows at the back of my home. The top bedroom blind has broken the ribbon andbthe blind is constantly shut i have new ribbon buy need someone to replace it

The manual cord to operate the external roller shutter over the french window has broken. In addition the door hinge has broken, due to a strong gust of wind, and the guide rail for the shutter has been slightly bent.
