The shed (8ftx6ft)is old and it leaks but if it was re-felted it would be sufficient for our needs for a couple more years The second job is in respect of a down pipe which has moved slightly and the rubber sleeve at the bottom no longer fits over the pipe in the ground so it needs moving slightly by taking off the brackets, and moving the pipe before replacing the brackets.
