Just screw the doorbell holder to the wall ,please come with screw ,I can’t find the screw ,also sticking a mesh net to the windows with a sticky 2 way tape

Install a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation) - device supplied, needs mounting and wiring/setup (existing doorbell wiring in place / battery-powered - to confirm on arrival). 2. Fit a standard wall-mounted keybox (key safe) to an external brick wall near the front door - needs to be securely fixed with appropriate wall plugs and level. Both items will be provided on the day. Please bring your own basic tools (drill, screwdriver, spirit level). Should take under an hour total for someone experienced. Flexible on timing.

I’m initially looking for a rough quote/estimate for installation before ordering the items. Once I have an idea of the installation cost and can confirm everything is within budget, I’ll order the products and arrange a suitable date for the work. I’m planning to have the following three items installed: Extendable curtain pole – fitted securely and level above a window, including mounting the brackets and fitting the pole. The pole will be fitted onto plasterboard, so appropriate plasterboard fixings suitable for securely supporting a curtain pole will be required. Tapo C645D outdoor solar security camera – mount the camera and solar panel externally, position both appropriately, and route the connecting cable neatly. Please install the camera so that it can still be safely removed from its bracket and the reset/charging cover can be accessed for future maintenance or Wi-Fi changes. Tapo D235 battery video doorbell – mount securely beside the front door. The indoor chime does not need mounting. The outdoor camera and doorbell will likely need fixing into brickwork, so appropriate masonry fixings, drill/masonry bits and a ladder will be required. I will provide the products and any fittings supplied with them once ordered, but I would appreciate the installer bringing appropriate alternative fixings where the supplied ones are not suitable for the wall/material. No electrical wiring, app setup, Wi-Fi connection or device pairing is required. At this stage, I’m primarily looking for an indication of the likely total installation cost so I can budget for the equipment and installation together.

We need to remove the screws to the old door bell back plate. The screws appear to be stripped and need to be removed and the new door bell back plate will need to be installed.

everything is set up only one hole needs to be drilled and my driller doesn’t seem to work as it’s a concrete wall
