A large window was replaced with a smaller window about 6 years ago and clearly not a great job, internal has been sorted so just need to get the external rendering & paint sorted.

On the gabel (triangle at the top of the house) scrape off the remaining pebble dash and replace with external render. Paint white. The area is fairly small (see pictures) however the job will require scaffolding. Please include scaffolding in the estimate.
