Looking to get 3 sides of a single story brick home rendered. Still 6-8 weeks away.

Repair two small patches of damaged render on our neighbour's side of our boundary fence - damage caused by drilling through the fence to install a gate on our side. The render has popped out in two <10cm circles around the drill points. See photos to show the damage. We will need to coordinate access with the neighbour to repair, but I will pay for the job. I have confirmed with the neighbour that he is comfortable not repairing the textured finish to begin with, and we can look at redoing the whole wall if required at a later date. - Due date: Flexible

1. Remove existing render on back wall of garage (which appears to have water damage), re-seal and re-render. Note the door frame in the picture is being replaced which will further affect the render. 2. Small repair job near front gate.

Require a professional roofer to shorten and fix off 4-5 down pipes . Length from gutter to wall needs to be cut down , re joined then fitted to the rendered walls of house.

I have a cement render front fence, the bottom of it is peeling away on the inside and outside, I need it all repaired and coloured, no need for me to be home when you quote as it’s out the front yard and can be seen from the street.

The steel door frame expanded, just need to put some new render

Need a renderer/solid plasterer , I’ve installed 2 sliders in the front of the house, need the compressed fibro rendered to match up, probably best just to redo all render out front, under 4 square meters. I have a cement mixer here that can be used for the mud Patch entry and patch a peice inside, small patches, I would like it done asap please

I need the front post rendered, i ran into it in my car and it's chipped the sides off. It will need the concrete filled in - we do have remaining mixture left that could be used to fix and fill in. Flexible with pricing and can provide more photos if needed. Preferrably by this weekend or asap.

Need approx 6m2 of brickwork floated and texture coated in shale grey acratex. Texture previously stopped at fence line, however fence has been removed and need to replace with texture to suit the rest of the wall.
