Looking for someone experienced with door hardware to help fit new door levers on 4 internal doors in Mosman. Each door currently has a hole that’s too large for the new handles, so the job will require: • Filling the existing oversized holes (e.g. with wood filler or a patch kit) • Sanding/prepping as needed • Re-drilling to the correct size • Installing and aligning the new door levers All handles are already purchased — just need someone with the right tools and experience to get them fitted neatly and securely. Please bring your own tools and materials for the repair and fitting (e.g. filler, drill, patch plate, etc.). One of the internal laundry doors has a small hole/dent that needs to be repaired. It’s a standard hollow-core door. I am looking for someone who can patch, fill, sand, and repaint the area so it blends in with the rest of the door. The colour needs to mach.

Two small fixes at my place: Door architrave damage (chewed by my dog): Gouged section on the MDF/wood trim beside a sliding door. Needs a make-good and repaint to blend in. See photos. I have leftover paint used on the walls if needed (not sure if this should be used?). Internal door handle set: One lever came off and the handle on the opposite side is loose. Inside the removed lever, the thread looks rounded/stripped, but hard to tell. I need the set secured and working smoothly again. If parts are worn or missing, please advise what’s needed and cost. Please quote for labour and standard materials/consumables. If the handle needs replacement or the architrave needs a section replaced, price those options separately. Flexible with time. Local small builder or handyman needed to replace and soundproof an internal door. You’ll need to supply and install a solid core door — no painting required (I’ll do that). Please let me know which door you plan to supply. Job includes: 1. Replace existing door (820W x 2340H) with solid core door, including lockable handle or deadbolt-style key lock (can reuse the lock on existing door) 2. Add acoustic rubber seal around top and sides 3. Add drop-down bottom seal (touches floor when closed)

Need to install internal door and the door frame

I need two internal doors hung. can use current hardware. Must have some experience. so am looking for a handyman or carpenter as the door will need to be slightly shaved and a hole inserted for the door handle. The second door has come away from the hinges and needs to be drilled back in. Hopefully you are available Sunday 26th. Short notice i know.

Need an internal door installed from one room to another. Live wiring is possibly in the way and will need to be thought about.

We have an internal bathroom door handle that has broken and needs fixing or replacing. The latch spring is too far out and the handles don’t move the latch in and out. Also: - tighten two other internal door handles (not broken but loose) - supply and install cover for wires below tv (old tv was a different size) - supply and install weather strip to front door.

Old doors to come off and be replaced with new doors (supplied). Doors, hinges, and handles supplied, but new doors will need holes cut for handles and grooves cut for hinges - will need your own tools! 7 doors to be hung in total: - 5x Hume 2040 x 820 x 35mm - 2x Hume 2040 x 720 x 35mm In addition, old garage door and door frame have a deadlock which is no longer used. If able to replace the trim for the part of the frame with the deadlock, would be 10/10 appreciated and compensated (wood not supplied).
